If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery or collection. For sale items, returns must be made within 7 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your invoice and delivery note.

We do not accept returns on items that are used, have missing parts, or have had tags removed. For hygiene reasons, intimates, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and underwear cannot be returned.

The easiest way to return or exchange an item is in-store, free of charge. Our team will inspect the product, and if approved, issue a credit note or process an exchange (subject to stock availability). If you prefer a refund, it will be done via your original payment method—note that refunds are not processed in-store.

To return via courier, please email customercare@homecollectivesa.shop. Courier fees for sending and returning items for exchange are your responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be logged within the specified time frame. Once inspected and approved (may take up to 10 working days), a refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing for funds to reflect depends on your bank and may take up to 10 working days.

If you received incorrect or faulty items, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange free collection and either send the correct item (if available) or issue a full refund. Please don’t remove any tags or packaging in this case.
