We offer free delivery on orders over R400. For orders under R400, standard shipping rates will apply and be quoted at checkout. Please note that express or overnight delivery is not available in certain remote areas, and additional charges may apply based on your location. Delivery fees may change without prior notice but will always be shown at checkout.

You can also choose to collect your order in-store for free from any of our branches. We’ll keep you updated on your order via email and provide tracking through our courier partner.

Delivery Timelines:

To your door: 3–5 working days

In-store collection: 2–5 working days

Outlying areas: up to 10 working days

Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as strikes, weather, or unforeseen disruptions. If delays happen, we’ll notify you and reschedule delivery at no extra cost.

If you're not available after two delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded (excluding the second delivery charge). Orders not collected in-store within 7 working days will be canceled without a refund.

When receiving or collecting your order, a delivery/collection note will need to be signed. Always inspect your items before signing. If the packaging is damaged and you don’t inspect the item, please note this on the delivery slip. Report any issues to our Customer Care team as soon as possible for a return or refund process to begin.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We can’t be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information or if someone else accepts the delivery on your behalf.

We work with a third-party courier and cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused by their actions. Once the order is delivered or collected, ownership and risk of the product pass to you.
