Purchasing of Products

You can place an electronic order for products on this site, subject to availability. A sale agreement is only confirmed once your order is completed and payment is received or authorized by Home Collective SA. As we purchase stock lots from other retailers, some items may have limited quantities. We aim to keep stock levels accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable after your order, you’ll be refunded.

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them, and Home Collective SA may remove out-of-stock items before payment is completed. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your device. Some items are sourced internationally, so sizing may differ—please refer to product size chart and use the measurements to ensure a proper fit.

Product Pricing

We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date. However, prices may change at any time without prior notice due to factors like supplier changes, currency fluctuations, or system updates. If a pricing error occurs—whether through human or system error—we reserve the right not to honour the incorrect price. If you’ve already paid for an item with an incorrect price, we’ll notify you and offer the choice to either cancel the order and receive a full refund, or pay the correct amount to proceed.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are only valid for purchases made within South Africa. Please note that prices may vary between our website and any physical or pop-up stores, where applicable.

Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions, and may be valid for a limited time or while stocks last. These offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are not included in the product prices and will be added at checkout. You’ll always have the chance to review your total before final payment.

Delivery and Collection

We offer free delivery on orders over R400. For orders under R400, standard shipping rates will apply and be quoted at checkout. Please note that express or overnight delivery is not available in certain remote areas, and additional charges may apply based on your location. Delivery fees may change without prior notice but will always be shown at checkout.

You can also choose to collect your order in-store for free from any of our branches. We’ll keep you updated on your order via email and provide tracking through our courier partner.

Delivery Timelines:

  • To your door: 3–5 working days

  • In-store collection: 2–5 working days

  • Outlying areas: up to 10 working days

Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as strikes, weather, or unforeseen disruptions. If delays happen, we’ll notify you and reschedule delivery at no extra cost.

If you're not available after two delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded (excluding the second delivery charge). Orders not collected in-store within 7 working days will be canceled without a refund.

When receiving or collecting your order, a delivery/collection note will need to be signed. Always inspect your items before signing. If the packaging is damaged and you don’t inspect the item, please note this on the delivery slip. Report any issues to our Customer Care team as soon as possible for a return or refund process to begin.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We can’t be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information or if someone else accepts the delivery on your behalf.

We work with a third-party courier and cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused by their actions. Once the order is delivered or collected, ownership and risk of the product pass to you.

Exchanges and Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery or collection. For sale items, returns must be made within 7 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your invoice and delivery note.

We do not accept returns on items that are used, have missing parts, or have had tags removed. For hygiene reasons, intimates, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and underwear cannot be returned.

The easiest way to return or exchange an item is in-store, free of charge. Our team will inspect the product, and if approved, issue a credit note or process an exchange (subject to stock availability). If you prefer a refund, it will be done via your original payment method—note that refunds are not processed in-store.

To return via courier, please email customercare@homecollectivesa.shop. Courier fees for sending and returning items for exchange are your responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be logged within the specified time frame. Once inspected and approved (may take up to 10 working days), a refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing for funds to reflect depends on your bank and may take up to 10 working days.

If you received incorrect or faulty items, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange free collection and either send the correct item (if available) or issue a full refund. Please don’t remove any tags or packaging in this case.
